- Build sustainable relationships through open and interactive communication
- Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer’s needs, determining root cause, selecting and explaining the best solution, implementing correction or adjustment and following up to ensure resolution.
- Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
- Receive incoming orders for completeness and accuracy and enter orders into ERP system
- Issue Returned Material Authorizations (RMA’s) as required
- Prepare product reports to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
- Provide assistance to Sales Representatives
Education and/or Experience
Relevant post-secondary education or two years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance insturctions, procedure manuals and blueprints. Ability to write routing reports and correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers or employees of the organization.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
