: Position Overview:
The Contact Center Sales Representative responds to incoming calls from catalog customers. The Sales Representative is responsible for providing the highest level of service possible through knowledgeable, accurate and courteous order placement and/or problem resolution while maximizing sales through promotions and up-selling.

With easy off the highway access and ample on-site parking, West Bridgewater, MA is home to our corporate offices, Distribution Center as well as our Contact Center. - A high school diploma or equivalent is necessary.
- A minimum of six months in a sales and/or customer service environment is required.
- Prior work experience in a call center or retail environment is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
- Must have strong organizational and problem resolution skills.
- Experience with computers, preferably Windows is required.
