• Respond to a high volume of inbound customer inquiries and order requests via telephone calls, email, chat and fax correspondence.
• Demonstrate our commitment to service by following up on calls and ensuring superior results to drive customer satisfaction.
• Conduct outbound sales calls to support sales initiatives and enhance the customer experience with ERA.
• Accurately log information from calls in our CRM tool.
• Confers with Sales Representatives as needed when additional information is necessary to facilitate completion of an order or resolution of an issue.
• Display a commitment to quality by following required procedures and practices, taking all appropriate measures to ensure quality and search for continuous improvement opportunities.
• Excel at working as part of a team.
• Reconciles accounts and helps resolve customer credit issues.

• 3-5 years customer service experience handling complex customer interactions, with minimal supervision.
• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science or Studies, Chemistry, or Science. Lab experience and technical background in the sciences preferred.
• Salesforce or similar CRM interface experience required. Data loader and admin experience a plus.
• Excellent communication, organization and time management skills, with a strong attention to detail, and proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
• Understanding of the need for data entry accuracy and investigative skills for resolution of ongoing and new initiatives
• Participation in work instruction creation, deletion, modification.
• Documentation for process improvement and training purposes.
• Must be self-motivated and action oriented.
