Customer Support Specialist
Job Description
On a typical day you will:
- "Call Center volume - alot of phones... work with 400 clients"
- Work directly with clients to fulfill their requests while building meaningful relationships.
- Ensure all client payrolls are processed timely and accurately.
- Verify all payroll data and maintain client information in a meticulous and confidential manner.
- Communicate with clients and team members effectively.

Job Requirements
MUST HAVE 2-3 YEARS OF ADMINISTRATIVE, CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ACCOUNT MANAGER EXPERIENCE. MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A BACKGROUND CHECK
