Job Description

Your Responsibilities:
  • Accurately set up and operate cutting equipment according to job specifications.
  • Maintain high production speeds while ensuring zero quality defects.
  • Effectively multitask and manage material flow.
  • Accurately label and track skids/jobs.
  • Utilize data collection systems to record job costs.
  • Compare blueprints and samples for quality control.
What We're Looking For:
  • Ability to interpret job tickets and written instructions.
  • Strong understanding of cutting machine operation and setup.
  • Familiarity with other bindery equipment.
  • Solid math skills and basic computer proficiency.
  • Commitment to safety and quality.
Required Experience:
  • Previous experience operating Guillotine/Polar cutters is highly preferred.
  • Ability to read and interpret written instructions.
