Job Title: Cycle Count Coordinator
 Location: West Hartford, CT
 Industry: Defense Manufacturing
 Pay Rate: $26/hour
 Shift: 1st Shift (Monday–Friday, approx. 6:30 AM – 4:00 PM)
 Job Type: Temporary-to-Permanent (based on performance and business needs)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Cycle Count Coordinator to support warehouse operations at our West Hartford facility. This role is critical in maintaining accurate inventory levels through routine and scheduled cycle counting. The position requires regular interaction with the Production Team and plays an important part in ensuring data integrity and smooth operational flow.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform daily and scheduled inventory cycle counts in the warehouse.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and adjustments.
  • Investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
  • Communicate effectively with the Production Team and other departments as needed.
  • Ensure data is entered accurately into the inventory management system.
  • Assist with other inventory control tasks as required.
Qualifications:
  • Previous inventory, warehouse, or cycle count experience preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional presentation and demeanor.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic computer and data entry skills.
