Job Title: Data Processing Clerk

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Processing Clerk to process customer files accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The Data Processing Clerk will work with various software programs, maintain organized records, and help ensure customer projects are completed on time while maintaining strict confidentiality.

Responsibilities – Data Processing Clerk
  • Process customer files using Microsoft Word, Excel, Satori Bulk Mailer, and other programs
  • Review files to ensure they meet required postal software specifications
  • Organize and maintain saved files for easy retrieval
  • Send processed jobs to printing equipment
  • Perform mail merge and printing for customer projects
  • Maintain proper record keeping
  • Communicate with customers, the Post Office, or technical support when needed
  • Meet customer and supervisor deadlines
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer lists and materials
  • Properly delete sensitive data as required
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications – Data Processing Clerk
  • Previous data entry, clerical, or administrative experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and organization
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
