We are seeking a IT Support Technician to provide onsite, hands-on IT support in a healthcare environment. This role focuses on walk-in end-user support and desktop assistance. Responsibilities include supporting walk-in IT requests, imaging computers and laptops, installing software and system updates, assisting with basic hardware and workstation setup, troubleshooting common desktop and end-user issues, and managing multiple requests through a ticket queue.
Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM.
6 month contract role.
Must-Have Qualifications
Some IT or desktop support experience.
Strong face-to-face customer service skills.
Ability to multitask and manage a ticket queue effectively.
Comfortable working onsite in a healthcare environment.
