Job Description

Company Overview:
Our client is a leading manufacturer of advanced foam products for industrial and commercial applications. Due to continued growth, they are looking to add experienced machine operators to their team.

Job Summary:
As a Die Press Operator, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process, operating specialized equipment to shape and form foam materials into various components and products. Your attention to detail, technical expertise, and problem-solving skills will be essential in ensuring the efficient and accurate production of these vital components.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate die presses and other specialized equipment to cut, shape, and form foam materials according to production specifications
- Monitor equipment performance and make adjustments as needed to maintain product quality and consistency
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on die presses and related equipment
- Collaborate with production team members to identify and implement process improvements
- Maintain accurate production records and documentation
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe work environment

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of experience operating die presses or similar manufacturing equipment
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented production environment
