Distribution Center Associate
Be part of the team that turns inventory into on-time customer orders.
Looking for active work where each shift makes an impact? Join a safety-minded distribution team and help products move accurately from the warehouse floor to the customer. You’ll assemble items, prepare orders, track inventory with RF scanning tools, and contribute to dependable, damage-free service while building practical warehouse experience.
Your Impact Each Shift
  1. Move orders forward by selecting products, packing them securely, and completing light assembly tasks.
  2. Scan and document product movement using handheld RF devices and other warehouse equipment in line with warehouse management system procedures.
  3. Keep inventory dependable by assisting with cycle counts, audits, and physical counts.
  4. Deliver accurate, timely work while following established processes and company guidelines.
  5. Protect yourself and the team by following safety rules and speaking up for safe working conditions.
  6. Pitch in with coworkers to support a steady, efficient daily workflow.
  7. Keep work areas and the facility clean, organized, and ready for the next task.
  8. Support other warehouse needs as directed by your supervisor.
A Great Fit Looks Like
  1. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  2. Warehouse experience preferred; it can make your transition into the role even smoother.
  3. A reliable approach to meeting productivity goals without losing sight of accuracy.
  4. Sound practical judgment and the ability to follow directions presented in writing, conversation, or diagrams.
  5. Capacity to regularly lift or move up to 50 pounds and frequently lift or move up to 75 pounds.
  6. Readiness to work in a non-temperature-controlled warehouse with seasonal indoor temperature changes.
  7. Ability to successfully complete at least one of the client’s three basic math test options.
