The following is a brief description of some of the duties and responsibilities (not limited to the following):

  • Gather product information, technical data, documentation and images for product on-boarding
  • Complete upload sheets for Home Depot, Amazon etc.
  • Update images and content on existing items as changes occur
  • Create, submit and confirm promotions are running at designated times
  • Gather price comparisons of competitive products
  • Update mobile app information as changes arise


The following is a brief description of some of the processes in the E-Commerce Assistant duties but is not limited to:

  • Ability to develop and maintain excellent relationships across all levels internally and externally.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully handle multiple projects with minimum supervision.
  • Ability to organize and conduct successful marketing trips.
  • Experienced in MS Office, which includes Word, Excel and PowerPoint.


Position is part-time 9am – 3pm, Monday–Thursday.


  • Briefs: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Microsoft PowerPoint: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Microsoft Word: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Computer Skills: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
