Job Description

Electro-Mechanical Assembler
 Location: Alpharetta, GA
 Pay Rate: $24–$28/hr DOE
2nd Shift-3:30pm-1am
Summary:
 Seeking an experienced Electro-Mechanical Assembler to perform high-precision assembly of electronic and mechanical components. This role involves soldering, wiring, component installation, cable harnessing, and troubleshooting in a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Assemble and install electronic/electro-mechanical components using manual and automated methods.
  • Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical documents.
  • Perform hand soldering, wiring, and cable harnessing to tight tolerances.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues.
  • Follow work instructions and maintain documentation.
Requirements:
  • HS Diploma/GED and 6+ years relevant experience, or Associate’s Degree and 2+ years experience.
  • Strong soldering skills; CCA or SMT assembly background.
  • Proficient in Excel and ERP systems.
  • Able to lift 10–20 lbs.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred:
  • Military or defense industry background.
  • Fine hand work experience with small, precise components.
Schedule:  2nd Shift Full-time, manufacturing environment, bench work.
