Job Description
Work Schedule: 9/80 (Enjoy Every Other Friday Off!)
Under the direction of the Production Supervisor, you’ll be assembling electrical and electronic components for high-tech sonar and commercial systems. If you love working with your hands and tools — from jigs to precision measuring devices — and enjoy bringing technical blueprints to life, this is your role.

- Reading and interpreting work instructions, specs, and blueprints
- Routing and cutting wires to spec (yep, you get to use cool tools!)
- Performing cable harnessing, soldering (bonus if IPC J-STD-001 certified), and fine-detail work
- Using precise measuring instruments like calipers and rulers
- Collaborating with your team to meet production goals and quality standards
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 0–3 years of relevant assembly or manufacturing experience
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret Clearance (we’ll guide you through it)
- Basic mechanical or electrical assembly skills
- IPC J-STD-001 solder certification (current or previous)
