Electro-Mechanical Assembler | $21.50/hr | Ashaway, RI
Work Schedule: 9/80 (Enjoy Every Other Friday Off!)

What You’ll Do:
Under the direction of the Production Supervisor, you’ll be assembling electrical and electronic components for high-tech sonar and commercial systems. If you love working with your hands and tools — from jigs to precision measuring devices — and enjoy bringing technical blueprints to life, this is your role.

Your Day-to-Day Will Include:
  • Assembling components with accuracy and attention to quality standards
  • Reading and interpreting work instructions, specs, and blueprints
  • Routing and cutting wires to spec (yep, you get to use cool tools!)
  • Performing cable harnessing, soldering (bonus if IPC J-STD-001 certified), and fine-detail work
  • Using precise measuring instruments like calipers and rulers
  • Collaborating with your team to meet production goals and quality standards
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 0–3 years of relevant assembly or manufacturing experience
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret Clearance (we’ll guide you through it)
  • Basic mechanical or electrical assembly skills
Bonus Points For:
  • IPC J-STD-001 solder certification (current or previous)
