Job Description
- Proficiency in building complex mechanical assemblies.
- Adept at programming assemblies using relevant software.
- Reading and interpreting engineering work instructions, drawings, or schematics to effectively perform job duties.
- Working under direct supervision, adhering to prescribed processes and procedures.
- Mechanical Assembly Skills: Proficiency in building complex mechanical assemblies.
- Computer Skills: Adept at programming assemblies using relevant software.
- Technical Literacy: Ability to read and interpret engineering work instructions, drawings, or schematics.
- Excellent communication skills to support GEMBA activities.
- Positive attitude, openness to new ideas, and a willingness to learn new tools.
- Strong motivation to positively impact team performance and work experience.
- Computer Proficiency: Strong computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Windows and Office.
- MES and PLM applications experience.
- Experience in a production manufacturing environment.
- Ability to lift up to 35lbs of weight to workbench.
- High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 4 years of prior relevant experience, or
- 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience.
- US Citizen.
- Ability to pass pre-screening requirements, including criminal and citizenship checks, as well as educational and work history verification.
