Location: Lawrence, MA
Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour
About the Role
Ready to get hands-on and learn a valuable trade? We're looking for a motivated Entry-Level Sandblaster to join our production team! This is a great opportunity for someone who likes active work, takes pride in doing things the right way, and wants to grow their skills in a manufacturing environment. No experience? No problem — we’ll train you!
What You’ll Do
  • Review job priorities and prep materials for sandblasting.
  • Select the correct blasting media based on customer and process requirements.
  • Complete required paperwork accurately and on time.
  • Follow all safety procedures and wear proper PPE at all times.
  • Keep your work area clean, organized, and free of debris.
  • Handle hazardous waste properly and safely.
  • Assist with additional production tasks as needed — teamwork is key!
What You Bring
  • High school diploma or GED (required)
  • No experience needed — just a willingness to learn
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to stay focused and organized, even when things get busy
  • A self-motivated, enthusiastic attitude
  • Reliability — you show up ready to work and give your best
  • Good communication skills and willingness to ask questions
  • Commitment to safety at all times
