Epic Application Analyst
110K to 115K with full benefits

We're seeking an Epic IS Analyst to support the build, configuration, maintenance, testing, optimization, and integration of Epic applications in a healthcare environment. This role will partner with clinical, operational, and technical teams to deliver system enhancements, resolve production issues, and support ongoing application upgrades and migration efforts.
Responsibilities
- Build, configure, maintain, and optimize Epic applications.
- Manage production support, maintenance tickets, and issue resolution.
- Perform testing, validation, and documentation for system enhancements and upgrades.
- Support application migrations, deployments, and environment promotions.
- Collaborate with clinical stakeholders and third-party vendors on application enhancements and integrations.
- Participate in system upgrades, optimization initiatives, and ongoing support activities.
- Participate in an on-call rotation as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience supporting Epic or other enterprise healthcare applications.
- Experience with Epic build, configuration, testing, and implementation activities
- Experience supporting third-party application integrations.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Epic certification highly desirable
- Epic Inpatient experience strongly preferred.
- Experience with Epic ClinDoc and/or Epic Research preferred.
- Healthcare industry experience.
- Experience supporting application migrations and upgrades.
