Job Description

Evaluation Clerk I – Charlton, MA 

Join a dedicated and growing team where your attention to detail and commitment to quality make a real impact! We’re seeking an Evaluation Clerk I to process and inspect medical equipment returned for repair in a clean, team-oriented environment.

What You’ll Do:
  • Inspect and disassemble medical devices (endoscopes) before cleaning and evaluation.
  • Perform decontamination using standard procedures.
  • Enter data and inspection results accurately into SAP and other systems.
  • Assist with partial reassembly after evaluation.
  • Scan and upload documentation.
  • Help resolve product questions and participate in ongoing training.
  • Maintain a clean and safe workspace while adhering to FDA and ISO quality standards.
What We’re Looking For:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1+ year experience assembling or evaluating precision or medical products preferred.
  • Comfortable reading product drawings and following technical procedures.
  • Basic computer skills, including SAP and MS Office.
  • Team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
