Executive Administrator Printing and Packaging

The Executive Administrator is responsible for supporting the VP of sales in developing new clients and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, assuring that revenue targets and strategic company goals are supported or exceeded and that the goods and services provided to the client meets their needs. This position is primarily responsible for supporting existing client business and supporting the Executive Management.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
- Establish and maintain customer relationships and provide primary customer contact
- Coordinate travel arrangements as needed for both clients and Executive Management
- Stage and prepare work areas for presentations to existing and prospective clients
- Provide critical support to clients to assess marketing and promotional needs
- Work with internal resources including Design, Estimating, Project Management, Production and Fulfillment to initiate and complete projects and orders
- Initiate programs as required using client’s front-end systems
- Investigate and resolve customer problems.
- Prepare various sales and business activity reports, and expense reports

Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or GED minimum; Bachelor’s degree preferred. Position requires with 3 or more years of industry experience or experience in a related area with a high volume of sales
