Job Description

FAA Parts Processor

Responsibilities (may vary with position):

  • Sand blasting, cleaning, degreasing metal FAA parts and prepping them before plating.
  • Use chemical bath to strip off copper finish. 
  • Apply liquid material to metal parts by spray gun, or by brush. 
  • Un-racking, un-masking, coating, cleaning, or packing parts post-anodize functions.

Hours:

 1st 6:00 am – 4:30 pm (train 7am-330pm)

2nd 4:00 pm -12:30 am but must train on 1st shift.

Pay:

1st $16.00 - $18.00

2nd $19.00 - $22.00

 

 

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Working around chemicals in a hot/humid environment.
  • Some positions may require ability to use a hoist to move larger parts.
  • Ability to remain focused and pay attention to details for this repetitive work.
  • Ability to read, write and understand written instructions.
  • Ability to stand during work hours.
  • Experience preferred but not required.
