Job Description

Facilities Manufacturing Maintenance Technician
Location: North Dartmouth, MA

Job Summary
We are seeking a versatile Facilities Manufacturing Maintenance Technician to support maintenance and repair of equipment and facility systems in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role will be the primary point of contact for general maintenance across multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform preventative maintenance (PMs) and equipment repairs
  • Respond to maintenance requests and troubleshoot issues
  • Create work orders and maintain parts inventory
  • Perform general facility maintenance and minor repairs
  • Coordinate with contractors (electricians, plumbers, etc.)
  • Support ongoing improvements to plant operations
  • Follow all safety and EHS guidelines
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or vocational training
  • 1–4 years of industrial or mechanical experience preferred (entry-level considered)
  • Ability to troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and basic electrical issues
  • Basic knowledge of blueprints, tools, and machinery
  • Basic computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Reliable transportation
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Comfortable standing, bending, kneeling, and reaching
  • Good manual dexterity and attention to detail
