Facility Maintenance/1st Ron Stevens
Job Description
- Preventive Maintenance: Performing routine inspections and servicing of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems to prevent breakdowns.
- General Repairs: Fixing leaky faucets, replacing light fixtures, repairing drywall, and handling basic carpentry or painting tasks.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensuring the building meets fire codes and safety standards (e.g., checking fire extinguishers and emergency exits).
- Groundskeeping: Maintaining the exterior, including debris removal, basic landscaping, or snow removal.
- Vendor Coordination: Overseeing external contractors for specialized jobs like elevator repair or major roof work.
