Facilities Maintenance Technician

We’re hiring an experienced Facilities Maintenance Technician to perform general building maintenance and repairs. This is a hands-on role for someone with experience across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general facility maintenance.

What You’ll Do
  • Electrical: Replace ballasts, LED drivers, outlets, and switches; troubleshoot breakers and emergency lighting
  • Plumbing: Repair flush valves (Sloan/Zurn), clear clogged drains, repair leaks, and maintain water heaters
  • HVAC: Change filters and belts, clean coils, clear condensate lines, and monitor Building Automation Systems (BAS)
  • Carpentry & Repairs: Repair doors, locks, hardware, and door closers
  • Patch drywall and perform interior painting
  • Install or replace flooring and ceiling tiles
  • Perform routine preventive maintenance and general facility repairs
  • Identify maintenance issues and complete repairs safely and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
What We’re Looking For
  • Previous facilities, building maintenance, or maintenance technician experience
  • Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general repairs
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable using hand and power tools
  • Able to work independently and prioritize maintenance requests
  • BAS experience is a plus
  • Experience with Sloan or Zurn plumbing fixtures is a plus
  • Dependable with strong attention to safety and quality
