Job Description

he candidate will be assistance the Maintenance Mgr with building miscellaneous: cleaning the office - vaccuming - trash removal - cleaning three bathrooms - wiping down tables in the break room and cleaning microwaves and refrigerators - organizing and cleaning around the warehouse - steel toed shoes required - client will provide the rest of the PPEs as needed - gloves, safety glasses and ear plugs when in the warehouse area - schedule is Monday thru Thursday 7am  - 4:30 pm - Friday is 7am - 11am. Upon getting to the facility - take a right at the directory and follow until the end and take a left - continue straight - parking is on the right and the employee entrance is in the middle of the building in between the trucks - right below the letter ASC.
Basic maintenance duties some janitorial work, able to use basic tools hammer, wrench, drill, etc.. 
Able to follow instructions and retain information. 
They will be doing all various sorts of jobs throughout the building 
Must show up everyday on time.
