Job Description

Facility Maintenance Worker
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM (flexible)
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

Position Summary
The Facility Maintenance Worker is responsible for maintaining the building and grounds in a safe, clean, attractive, and sanitary condition. This role supports daily operations and special events while ensuring a respectful and confidential environment for students and participants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain assigned buildings and grounds to ensure safety, cleanliness, and appearance
  • Perform general cleaning duties in assigned areas
  • Collect and dispose of trash as needed
  • Move furniture, equipment, and supplies manually or using hand trucks
  • Distribute supplies to classrooms and work areas
  • Set up, arrange, and remove tables, chairs, and decorations for events
  • Maintain student and participant privacy, respect, and confidentiality at all times
  • Perform additional related duties as assigned by the Principal or Facility Maintenance Manager
Physical Demands
  • Ability to walk, bend, crawl, and climb
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds
  • Ability to work both indoors and outdoors year-round
