How You'll Make an Impact (Responsibilities):
  • Assist in all day-to-day operations, including the precise planting, nurturing, and efficient harvesting of various crops.
  • Ensure our fresh produce is carefully packaged, meeting all quality standards.
  • Maintain rigorous cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the entire facility, upholding our commitment to food safety.
  • Proactively monitor equipment and facilities, promptly reporting any issues to management to ensure continuous operation.
  • Work seamlessly with your team to ensure smooth workflows and highly efficient production operations.
What We're Looking For (Qualifications):
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness are essential.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • A desire to grow and learn about food safety rules and regulations.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to work comfortably in a cold room environment (cold gear will be provided).
  • Previous experience in food manufacturing or agricultural operations is a plus.
