HW Staffing Solutions is seeking a finance and billing clerk to provide support to one of our prestigious clients.  This defense contractor is seeking a person with prior billing and finance experience.  This person will be responsible for preparing billing invoices for multiple business lines.  These activities will be based on different factors such as cost, milestone  and shipments.  Other duties will include research and analysis on audits, payment discrepancies and reconciliations. 

The ideal candidate will have two years accounting or billing experience, prior Oracle experience and experience working in the defense industry.   Strong MS Office skills are also required.  This is a great chance to gain valuable experience with a top employer.  They offer a nice work environment and the ability to have every other Friday off!

Nicole Horan is the Regional Branch Manager for HW Staffing Solutions in Nashua, NH. In her position, she oversees the training and development of all office staff and the overall business operations including: client development and management, temporary staffing and recruiting and quality assurance initiatives. Nicole also ensures compliance with state and federal labor and employment laws. Nicole has worked in the temporary staffing industry since 2002, focusing on administrative/professional staffing as well as skilled manufacturing. She has been credentialed by the National Association of Personnel Services as a Certified Temporary Staffing Specialist and serves on the Board of Directors for the Northern New England Association of Personnel Services as the legislative committee chair. In addition to her involvement in the staffing industry, serves on the Nashua Chamber of Commerce’s Legislative Advocacy Committee.
