Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Manager to join our team. This is a 6-9 month hybrid contract role.  First In this role, you will support a designated book of business by analyzing purchase activity, preparing financial reports, and administering client incentives in accordance with contract terms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and report on financial performance, including data reconciliation and monthly analysis.
  • Partner with National Account Executives to track KPIs, manage budgets, and deliver client-specific reporting to support decision-making.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external clients, offering financial guidance and ensuring contract compliance.
  • Maintain accurate financial tool setup and support internal and regulatory reporting requirements.
  • Lead special projects and respond to ad hoc analysis requests.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (MBA a plus) with 5–8 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP and internal controls.
  • Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, modeling); Access experience preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities with high attention to detail and accountability.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience working in a client-facing, team-oriented environment.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate across various functions and levels.
  • Innovative mindset with a drive for continuous improvement.
