Job Description

Financial Reporting & Accounting Analyst

We're looking for a detail-oriented Financial Reporting & Accounting Analyst to support weekly reporting and month- and quarter-end accounting activities. This is a great opportunity for someone with accounting or finance experience who enjoys working with data, reporting, and financial analysis.

What You'll Do
  • Run and distribute weekly sales and order reports using Power BI
  • Prepare and process journal entries
  • Support month-end and quarter-end close activities
  • Review financial data and reports for accuracy
  • Research discrepancies and follow up on outstanding items
  • Assist with financial analysis and ad hoc reporting requests
  • Ensure reporting and accounting deadlines are met accurately and on time
What We're Looking For
  • Previous accounting, finance, or financial reporting experience
  • Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools
  • Understanding of journal entries and general accounting principles
  • Familiarity with month-end and quarter-end close processes
  • Strong Excel and analytical skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Organized and comfortable working with deadlines
