Job Description

  • Mailing invoices (folding and mailing of physical invoices if equipment fails).
  • Collections on outstanding aged balances.
  • Updates to customer records to ensure updated email addresses are on file to reduce overall paper invoicing that is taking place.
  • Follow up on billing addresses for customers with invoices that are returned due to incorrect mailing address.
  • Support activities to obtain updated sales tax exemption records in order to support effort to become compliant in all states per Waters compliance roadmap.
  • Support to manufacturing and system implementation team to ensure that BOMs/Routings are created for current products including support to physical inventory of purchase and make items which will be loaded into GP manufacturing module.
  • Support finance team on follow ups on unapplied cash for possible return of funds to customers if required.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business is preferred.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years relevant work experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Experience with Great Plains is preferred.
  • Strong professional communications skills both verbal and written in this customer facing role.
  • Excel skills including pivot tables and other data analysis tools.
