Your Responsibilities:
  • Process invoices and reconcile vendor statements.
  • Manage payroll and employee benefits.
  • Order supplies and maintain office equipment.
  • Generate reports and utilize Maximo software.
  • Assist with employee training.
What We're Looking For:
  • Clerical experience and related training.
  • Experience with invoice processing and payroll.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn Maximo.
  • Strong customer service and attention to detail.
