Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Finisher to join our 2nd shift team. This role involves sanding, masking, and finishing surfaces to meet quality standards. Ideal candidates will have experience in autobody, painting, or construction-related finishing work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform sanding, masking, taping, and finishing of surfaces
  • Prepare materials for painting and final production stages
  • Follow detailed work instructions and quality standards
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment while adhering to PPE requirements
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals
Qualifications
  • 2–5 years of experience in finishing, painting, or related field
    • Autobody experience preferred (sanding, masking, finishing)
    • Construction experience (e.g., sheetrock finishing) also considered
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to read and understand instructions in English
  • Basic computer skills (time entry, work instructions, MS Office)
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
  • Reliable and dependable with a strong work ethic
