Job Description

HW Staffing is hiring a Fleet and Facility Coordinator. This position supports the maintenance team by

- tracking preventive maintenance

- ordering parts

- maintaining Maximo system

- maintaining asset files on paper and virtually

- Data entry

- Shrinkage

- Audits

- Receiving labels, stocks, parts

- Processing reports

- Track/ enter purchase orders for accuracy and proper payment

 

Shift: Monday - Friday. 8 am to 5 pm

Job Requirements

Preferred requirements and skills include:

- Technical knowledge regarding vehicle/ facility maintenance and repair

- Parts room, inventory management, purchasing or state DMV experience

- Must have the desire and ability to learn new softwares

- Computer proficiency including MS office, data entry, Asset management software (Maximo) and email

- Ability to multi task

- Organizational skills

- Speed and accuracy 

- Recognizing the importance of safety in the workplace, follow safety rules, practice safe work habits, utilize appropriate safety equipment and report unsafe conditions
