Join HW Staffing’s client’s team in Plymouth, MA, and play a vital role in bringing delicious baked and dry food products to life! We're seeking motivated Packers to ensure our finished goods are impeccably packaged and ready for their journey.

How You'll Make an Impact (Responsibilities):
  • Ensure equipment and the production area are fully prepared for daily operations, including meticulous checks for weight accuracy and sealing quality.
  • Skillfully build cases and boxes, accurately placing finished goods by count into the correct cases.
  • Diligently verify correct date and lot coding on all packaging, maintaining our commitment to product integrity.
  • Efficiently palletize products, prepare shipments, and apply all necessary case and pouch labels.
  • Coordinate finished goods packaging to ensure a smooth and efficient production flow.

  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Excellent time-management and prioritization skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
