Job Description

Position Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Warehouse Equipment Operator & Inventory Associate to join our team. This role involves operating various types of powered industrial trucks (PIT), including reach trucks, cherry pickers, and stand-up forklifts, to support warehouse operations and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Safely operate reach trucks, cherry pickers, and stand-up forklifts to move, stack, and organize products.
  • Perform accurate inventory counts and assist with cycle counts and stock audits.
  • Pick and stage orders according to company standards and customer requirements.
  • Load and unload materials from trucks and storage areas.
  • Maintain clean and organized workspaces and follow safety protocols.
  • Use warehouse management systems (WMS) or RF scanners to track inventory and order status.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily operational goals.
Qualifications:
  • Recent hands-on experience with reach trucks, cherry pickers, and stand-up forklifts.
  • Familiarity with inventory processes and warehouse documentation.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
  • Forklift certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
  • Basic computer or scanner skills for inventory tracking.
Day Shift (Thursday – Saturday, 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM): $18.25/hour
Night Shift (Monday – Friday, 5:00 PM – 1:30 AM): $19.50/hour
