Job Description

Job Title: Shipper / Forklift Driver

Position Summary:
The Shipper/Forklift Driver is responsible for accurately loading and unloading products using a forklift and/or electric pallet jack. This role works from pick tickets and requires strong attention to detail to ensure order accuracy while following all safety, quality, and GMP standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Load and unload trucks with finished products and materials
  • Stack, secure, and shrink-wrap pallets for safe transport
  • Verify product quantities and locations using pick tickets and scanners
  • Follow warehouse procedures, inventory controls, and safety guidelines
  • Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently
  • Complete required paperwork and electronic records accurately
Qualifications:
  • Prior warehouse and forklift experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English
  • Team-oriented with good communication skills
  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience
  • Ability to complete forklift certification upon hire
