HW Staffing’s client is seeking a motivated Forklift Operator/Dock Worker to join our team on the 2nd shift and contribute to our continued growth.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Efficiently sort, handle, load, and unload palletized and non-palletized freight.
  • Operate forklifts and pallet jacks with precision and safety.
  • Secure freight within trailers using appropriate tools and techniques.
  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic dock environment.
  • Lift and move freight up to 50 lbs frequently 
What We're Looking For:
  • Basic math skills and strong communication abilities.
  • A strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
Bonus Points If You Have:
  • Previous dock or warehouse experience in transportation.
  • Forklift experience in an LTL environment.
  • Experience loading and unloading trailers.
