Job Description
Job Title: Manufacturing Operator
Location: Cincinnati
Responsibilities:
- Perform manufacturing operations for pharmaceutical products, including equipment setup, operation, clean-up, and maintenance.
- Learn and follow approved batch records, work instructions, and standard operating procedures.
- Set up, changeover, program, and operate various manufacturing and/or packaging equipment.
- Clean facilities, equipment, and utensils according to SOPs.
- Complete documentation required in the manufacturing and/or packaging process.
- Maintain work areas in compliance with safety standards and regulations.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma required.
- 1 year of manufacturing experience in pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, or food processing industries preferred.
- Effective written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to follow cGMP and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in operating and troubleshooting manufacturing equipment.
- Basic reading comprehension and math skills.
- Interpersonal skills and ability to work individually and as part of a team.
- Prior computer operation experience, knowledge of APACS desirable.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to handle drums weighing up to 200lb and lift containers weighing up to 90lb.
- Capability to hand-scoop 5 lbs. intermittently throughout the workday.
- Use of personal protective equipment, including respirators and gowning requirements.
- Ability to operate a stand-up forklift and walkie stacker.
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Wednesday, 6 pm to 6:30 am
Compensation:
- Rate: $22.00/hour

Job Requirements
Must have proof of High School or GED diploma.
