Warehouse Logistics Specialist – Manchester, NH

Pay: $18–$21/hour | 1st Shift
A growing food production company is seeking a reliable Warehouse Logistics Specialist to support day-to-day warehouse and distribution operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in accuracy, organization, and teamwork.

Position Overview

In this role, you’ll help ensure products move efficiently through the warehouse—from receiving and storage to order preparation and outbound shipping. Attention to detail and a commitment to safety are key to success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive incoming goods and store inventory in appropriate temperature-controlled areas
  • Pick, stage, and prepare orders for shipment, including required documentation
  • Verify deliveries and inspect products for quality and accuracy
  • Perform routine inventory counts and update tracking systems
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Requirements

  • 2+ years of warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Forklift certification is a plus
  • Comfortable working in refrigerated environments as needed
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to lift and move materials regularly
