Job Description

General Labor 
Typical schedule: Monday through Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Fridays may be scheduled as overtime based on production needs.
Pay Rate: $18/HR
Job Summary:
This full-time position plays a critical role in the production of high-quality foundation repair products used throughout the United States and Canada. Employees will work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, operating machinery, handling materials, and supporting production operations while maintaining a strong commitment to safety and quality.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Operate manufacturing equipment and machinery safely and efficiently
  2. Produce steel components according to production specifications
  3. Follow established work instructions and safety procedures
  4. Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
  5. Perform material handling and general labor duties assigned
  6. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  7. Participate in cross-training opportunities across multiple production areas
  8. Support production goals and contribute to continuous improvement efforts
 
 
This position offers 40+ hours per week, with a typical schedule of Monday through Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Fridays may be scheduled as overtime based on production needs, providing employees with the opportunity to earn additional income while still enjoying most weekends off!
