General Labor – Production
Location: Covington,, KY
Pay: $13.00–$14.50/hr
Shifts: 1st & 2nd Shift
Interviews: No Interview Required!
Position Overview
We are currently hiring General Labor Production Workers to join our team! These positions work directly on the production floor and production lines. No previous experience or interview is required, making this a great opportunity for individuals looking to get started quickly.
We have multiple openings available, especially on 1st Shift, so there are plenty of opportunities to get started!
Pay
  • General Labor – 1st Shift: $13.00/hr
  • General Labor – 2nd Shift: $13.50/hr
  • Heavy Lifter – Starting at: $14.00/hr
Heavy Lifter: General Labor position with additional responsibilities involving heavier lifting and moving product.
Schedule
1st Shift: Approximately 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM
2nd Shift: Approximately 3:00 PM – 1:30 AM
Schedules may vary slightly depending on department and production line needs. Your manager or supervisor will provide your specific schedule during orientation.
Job Responsibilities
  • Work on production lines and assist with daily production activities
  • Perform general labor duties as assigned
  • Move and organize product
  • Follow production and safety procedures
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Work as part of a team to meet production goals
  • Heavy Lifters may be required to regularly lift and move heavier products
Orientation
Orientations are held Monday–Thursday.
1st Shift Orientation: 8:30 AM
2nd Shift Orientation: 2:00 PM
