Job Description

HW Staffing’s client in Westfield, MA seeks reliable and hardworking General Laborers to join their team! We have both 1st and 2nd shift opportunities available. As a General Laborer, you will perform a variety of tasks to support our manufacturing operations.

Pay: $18.00 - $18.50 per hour (depending on shift and experience)

Responsibilities may include:
  • Assisting machine operators with material handling.
  • Moving and organizing materials and products within the facility.
  • Loading and unloading trucks.
  • Packaging and labeling finished goods.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
  • Performing basic assembly tasks.
  • Other general labor duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Ability to perform physical labor and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
  • Basic understanding of safety procedures.
  • Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
