General Liability Paralegal
Job Description
- Conduct legal research and retrieve case information from court-related databases and online sources.
- Organize and analyze case materials for expert witness review.
- Review, categorize, and manage document productions from opposing parties and co-defendants.
- Summarize transcripts and identify key case documents.
- Draft subpoenas and maintain detailed logs of records received.
- Manage case files and ensure all documents are properly organized and maintained.
- Bachelor’s degree required; Paralegal Certificate preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of litigation paralegal experience.
- Experience in insurance defense is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in legal research tools and case management software.
