Are you a hands-on individual with carpentry experience looking to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment? As a General Production Associate, you will use your skills with power tools, saws, and machinery to assemble components for windows and doors, ensuring precision and quality. If you’re ready to contribute to a dynamic team and open to working overtime during peak season, this opportunity is for you!

Peak Season Shift:

  • Monday-Thursday: 6:00 AM – 5:30 PM
  • Mandatory Overtime: Fridays 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Saturdays 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
  • Starting Pay Rate: $20.00/hr

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assemble and construct components with precision using power tools, saws, and machinery.
  • Secure and install window hardware using hand tools and air screw guns.
  • Operate and monitor automated machines to maintain production flow and quality.
  • Read and interpret measurements accurately to the 1/32 inch using a U.S. tape measure.
  • Adapt to various workstations as needed for production needs.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and safety standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a production, manufacturing, or assembly environment.
  • Proficiency with power tools, machinery, and saws; carpentry experience is preferred.
  • Ability to read and accurately use a U.S. tape measure.
  • Proficiency in basic math and ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Physical capability to lift heavy materials (up to 75 lbs) and perform manual labor.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • High school diploma or GED.

Physical Demands and Working Conditions:

  • Ability to work in a loud, fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to stand/walk for up to 10 hours and perform repetitive tasks using arms and hands.
  • Reliable transportation is required.
  • Must have specific vision abilities, including close and distance vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception.
