Global Human Resources Project Manager

We’re seeking a Global HR Project Manager to lead high-impact, enterprise-wide initiatives including mergers & acquisitions, organizational redesigns, and global transformation efforts. This role partners closely with HR and business leaders to align people strategy with business outcomes during times of change.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead large-scale global HR projects from planning through execution
  • Drive stakeholder alignment, risk mitigation, and change management
  • Partner with HR teams (Talent, Total Rewards, DEI, Employee Relations) to deliver integrated solutions
  • Translate business goals into effective HR strategies
  • Use HR and financial metrics to inform decisions and measure success
What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of relevant experience
  • Proven leadership of complex, cross-functional global HR initiatives (including M&A)
  • Experience in organization design, talent management, DEI, and change management
  • Strong analytical skills and business acumen
  • Ability to drive complex projects to completion
