Job Description

Grinder
 
We are seeking a dependable Grinder to join our team in Cincinnati, OH. In this role, you will be responsible for grinding, smoothing, and finishing metal parts to meet quality standards.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Operate grinding equipment to shape and finish materials
  2. Remove excess material, burrs, and imperfections from parts
  3. Inspect finished products to ensure they meet specifications
  4. Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
  5. Perform basic equipment maintenance as needed
 
Requirements:
  1. Previous manufacturing or grinding experience preferred
  2. Ability to use hand tools and measuring instruments
  3. Strong attention to detail
  4. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
