Job Description

Group Leader – Take Charge of Production!

Ready to lead a team and keep production running smoothly? We’re looking for a Group Leader to oversee daily operations in our DRY, WET, and Bakery departments. If you’re organized, safety-focused, and love motivating teams, this is your opportunity!

What You’ll Do:

- Manage production lines and assign tasks
 - Monitor raw materials and product quality
 - Ensure safety compliance and proper PPE use
 - Coach and mentor team members
 - Complete production documentation accurately

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible shifts and overtime
- Successful completion of math and English proficiency tests

Preferred:
  • 3+ years in manufacturing (food industry preferred)
  • Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, allergen handling
  • Forklift experience and certification
