HR Data Support Specialist
Job Description
- Advanced Excel Operations: Execute complex data transformation and mapping using advanced formulas, specifically VLOOKUP, to reconcile disparate datasets and prepare them for system upload.
- HRIS Maintenance (SuccessFactors): Assist the end-to-end employee lifecycle within SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring accurate entry and auditing of personnel files, job codes, and organizational structures.
- Data Governance & Compliance: Act as a gatekeeper for GDPR compliance, managing data retention, consent handling, and secure data sharing across departments.
- Departmental Collaboration: Partner with Finance and other business units to provide accurate reports; assist in identifying job tasks and compliance requirements, i.e., census.
- Employee Support: Resolve escalated HR inquiries related to data discrepancies, onboarding tasks, and document requests with a high degree of professional discretion.
- Managerial Support: Support the implementation of HR policies and provide data-driven insights to assist leadership in strategic decision-making.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in an HRIS or data-centric HR role.
- Technical Skills: Advanced Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, data mapping, and manipulation) is a strict requirement.
- Systems: Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors is helpful.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of GDPR and general data privacy principles.
- Traits: Must be detail-oriented, capable of working in a fast-paced team environment, and proactive in seeking manager guidance for complex decision-making.
