Reporting to the Human Resources Director, the Human Resources Generalist provides operational leadership in the functional areas of Human Resources Department
Primary responsibilities include oversight of the Human Resource functions of, but not limited to, employment life cycle, employee relations, professional development, performance management, employee engagement, compensation, policies and procedures, and legal and regulatory compliance. In addition, this position provides support in the functional areas of benefits and HRIS.
Provides day-to-day guidance to the HR/Staff Education Coordinator
The Human Resources Generalist works closely with HR/Staff Education team and the Human Resources Leadership and all internal and external constituents and customers to develop and implement organizational and departmental goals and objectives.
Acts as a pivot partner to other HR professionals, including Recruitment Specialist, HR Operations Manager as needed
