Responsibilities:

• Provide consulting and functional support to human resource operations, organization development, talent management and other business initiatives
• Collaborate with HR teams (recruiting, benefits, employee relations) and top management to improve organizational effectiveness in business units, provide input on change management initiatives and implement retention strategies focusing on key leaders and individuals with core competencies or skills
• Support activities associated with the performance management process (goal setting, mid-year and annual reviews, development planning) and initiatives towards affirmative action goals
• Utilize HR information systems and data to run reports and validate, analyze and utilize employee data
• Execute initiatives to increase productivity, employee performance and employee engagement

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education & experience required
• Passing results on background check & drug screen required
• 4+ years corporate human resources experience required, proven HR process improvement experience strongly preferred
• Flawless written and verbal communication skills, extraordinary adaptability & flexibility, strong self-starter attitude & attention to detail

***This is a 6-12 month temporary-to-permanent position, all of our agency's temporary workers become eligible for medical & other voluntary coverage benefit plans including dental & vision insurance at 60 days worked.
