HR Manager
Job Description
Schedule: Monday, Tuesday & Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (some flexibility available)
Type: Temporary (8–9 weeks) + 3–4 weeks of paid training prior
- Process weekly payroll for 40+ employees
- Use Foundation Software (experience with any payroll software is acceptable)
- Assist seasonal employees with properly completing unemployment claim forms
- Manage and respond to unemployment-related documentation (no disputes/fighting claims)
- Support basic HR and administrative functions as needed
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy across all tasks
- Collaborate closely with the CFO for any payroll or HR updates
- 2+ years of payroll experience (required)
- Basic HR knowledge, especially around unemployment processes
- Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
- Ability to work independently and manage time well
- Comfortable in a construction-style, casual environment where strong language may occasionally be used
- Reliable, professional, and able to start training quickly

- 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
- Some flexibility can be discussed during the interview
